The Path of Service

The Path of Service

In this transformative online workshop, students engage in the essential inner work needed to stay balanced while serving and caring for others. The course provides practical tools for reducing burnout, setting healthy boundaries, and maintaining stability and purpose on the path of service. Participants learn to identify and meet their own needs so they can show up for others with greater clarity, authenticity, and joy.

Through guided teachings and self-reflection, students explore what drives their desire to serve and how to navigate situations that can drain rather than sustain them. The workshop offers insight into the deeper motivations behind caregiving, helping participants recognize patterns that lead to “compassion fatigue” and transform them into sources of empowerment and renewal.

This class is especially beneficial for those in caregiving roles—parents, teachers, healers, nurses, doctors, and counselors—as well as anyone who gives deeply of themselves in service to others. Counseling professionals will also find the material valuable for supporting clients who work in caregiving or service-oriented fields.
