The Inner Teacher

This class is designed to help you connect with inner guidance in a direct and straightforward way. You will learn methods for altering your state of awareness so you can develop a relationship with your own inner wisdom on your own terms. You will learn how to work with inner guidance to answer questions, solve problems and establish a greater sense of trust in yourself. You will learn the basics of mindfulness practices to help you establish and maintain a strong connection with your inner knowing in all aspects of your life.
