Ngawang Lobsang

Ngawang is an English-Tibetan translator with a specialty in Tibetan Astrology. He became a monk at age 7, entering Key Monastery in North India, and received the equivalent of a masters degree equivalent in Buddhist Philosophy from Gaden Shartse Monastery in South India at age 19. He has received teachings from many respected scholars including, H. E. Sharpa Choeje Lobsang Nyima, H. E. Khensur Lati Rinpoche, H. E. Khensur Jampa Yeshe, H. E. Khensur Konchok Tsering, Geshe Phuntsok Gyaltsen, and Geshe Thupten Tenzin (Gyuto Lama Umze Rinpoche). An advanced practitioner of meditation and other Tibetan Buddhist practices, Ngawang’s excellent command of English allows his students to access teachings that are not always easy to understand.
