This workshop will help you understand how you form relationships with others based on your own and others’ karmic patterns. You will have the opportunity to explore many types of relationships in your life. Special focus will be on understanding those relationships that may be challenging, or relationships you do not fully understand. Through lecture, reflection and meditation, you will investigate how energy exchanges in relationship drive and are driven by karmic patterns. You will learn how karmic patterns can be changed through a deeper understanding of the way you work with the subtle energies that form the basis of relating.
