Computers for Kids
Computers for Kids
While computers are always necessary tools for students, they are critical to education during the COVID-19 pandemic. Many kids, of all ages, are not able to access classes online, because they do not have a computer. We want to change that.
Sacred Stream has teamed up with Soccer without Borders (SWB) to help kids and families get the computers they need to stay connected and participate in distance learning. When you donate a computer to our Computers for Kids Program, our affiliate, SWB, makes sure that the computer gets to a local child and family in need. Currently, we are operating in the SF Bay Area, but hope to expand to more locations in the future.
SWB is in the unique position to deliver these computers, because they work directly with disadvantaged youth and at-risk populations and know exactly what is needed and how to get the computers where they need to go – straight from your hands to an appreciative kid.
