Coming to Peace: The Inner Self

Creating peace within ourselves is the key to a happy life and healthy relationships. Yet, we often find ourselves with mixed feelings about our goals, motivations, and even our relationships. Isa Gucciardi brings the wisdom of her acclaimed book, Coming to Peace, to life in this informative and experiential workshop. Participants will learn to identify hidden internal conflicts that may be affecting their external experience. They will also learn peacemaking and problem solving techniques that can be used in all types of relationships. Drawn from indigenous mediation practices and years of therapeutic experience, this workshop will help students bring balance to their lives and relationships. Counseling professionals will find this workshop’s approach to relationship useful in working with their clients.

This workshop will:
