End of Year Meditation Retreat (Live Stream)

This year has brought challenges we could not have imagined. Many of us have experienced significant losses and others are trying to find meaning in the midst of constant change. Isa Gucciardi, Ph.D. leads this meditation retreat and offers teachings to help clarify the lessons of 2020 so that we can better prepare for the coming year. This online meditation retreat will offer the opportunity to connect with what is meaningful for us individually and also illuminate how, as a collective of thoughtful human beings, we can set a course toward a future of positive common purpose together.
