Workshops & Events

Workshops

If you need to cancel your participation in a class with more than 6 weeks before the start of class, we will refund you for the full amount of the class, less an administrative fee. If you cancel with less than six weeks we offer credit, less an administrative fee. No shows will not receive credit or a refund.

Workshops with Pre-recorded Material

Once you receive the links to the course videos, even if you have not accessed the videos, you have officially begun the class and cannot receive credit for another workshop. However, you will be eligible to repeat the course at the returning student rate.

Events

We are unable to offer refunds for talks, concerts, and other events. You may transfer your ticket to someone else. Contact us for more information.

Credit

Credit for classes may be applied to most FSS workshops, though some exceptions do apply. Credit must be used within 18 months of cancellation. If you are signing up for a class using a credit, we will ask you to confirm your wish to register. Once you have confirmed, your credit is applied to the class and subject to the regular cancellation policies for that workshop. Until you have confirmed, you do not have a seat in the workshop. You are eligible for early registration discounts using credit as long as you confirm by the early registration deadline.

CEUs

Fees paid for continuing education are non-refundable.

Additional Workshop Policies

Attendance

Attendance is mandatory for all courses requiring practice and/or being taken for certification. If for any reason a student is removed from a class or drops out of a class that is listed as not available for audit, they will lose access to the portal page, recordings, and all materials associated with that class.

Behavior

Students are expected to act in a courteous and respectful manner to teachers and other students. We reserve the right to remove someone from class if their behavior is harmful or disrespectful. No refunds or credit will be given.

Repeating Workshops

We offer students the opportunity to repeat workshops at the returning student rate, which is a fraction of the regular tuition. This enables students to continue to evolve with and reconnect with the work over time. We do set a 5-year limit to repeating at the reduced rate, but make exceptions based on request and need.
