The Healing Grief and Loss workshop provides a sacred space to explore the emotional landscapes human beings are thrown into when we grieve. You will learn how your particular landscape can reveal to you what personal work you can do to move into even greater harmony and inner peace. Counseling professionals will find this workshop’s approach to grief and loss useful in working with their clients.
This On Demand course includes 5-6 hours of video content, including 9 videos of course instruction, 2 Q&A sessions, and 2 recommended articles.
This workshop can support you in having:
• A shift in the sense of immobilization many people experience at the loss of a loved one.
• A lessening in confusion about the differences between grief and loss.
• A greater ability to be with the complexities of the grief response.

• Want techniques for managing overwhelming emotions in the grieving process, for yourself or in service of others.
• Sense that your experience of loss may be offering you an opportunity for transformation but are not sure how to meet it.

Details:
Our On Demand workshops offer everything the regular courses offer, except the Live Q&A portion. Instead, you will have access to a past Q&A session from a previously recorded class, in addition to the class content. The course and course materials will be accessible for you to view for six weeks. As with most of our classes, once you have taken one of our On Demand classes, you will be eligible to retake the class at the returning student rate for up to five years.
