The Path of Service

In this workshop, students do the inner work fundamental to being able to stay in balance while serving and caring for others effectively. The workshop enables them to move forward on their path of service with greater clarity, purpose, and joy.

This workshop will:

• Support you in knowing what your own needs are and what you need to do to meet them so you are better able to serve others.
• Offer tools to help reduce burn out and increase stability in maintaining your intention to be of service in the world.
• Help you to recognize and navigate around situations that will drain the life from, rather than benefit from, your intention to be of service.

You will find this workshop especially beneficial if you:

• Are a parent, teacher, healer, or caregiver and are experiencing struggle or burnout in performing this role.
• Tend to give of yourself, but have trouble even acknowledging you have needs, let alone knowing what they are and meeting them.
• Feel driven to serve others without fully understanding what is driving you.
